Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We are happy to refund/exchange any product that is returned to us within 7 days from date of purchase, unopened in it's original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on ALL in-house and online courses. A reminder will be found at the bottom of every course.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order is placed on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday before 2pm pst. your order will be placed in the mail same day. If your order is placed on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday. Your order will be shipped the following work day.

If you received your order with an incorrect item, missing item, or damage to an item, please reach out to us within 24 hours to request a replacement!

Same day in-store pickup is available if the order is placed during working hours. This is Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's and Saturday's. Please text 714.566.5957 to ensure someone is there to hand it to you as we are a working salon that does not have a front desk receptionist.
