BELMACIL NO. 4 BLUE IS A SEMI-PERMANENT LASH COLOR THAT IS BRIGHT BRILLIANT AND BOLD.
It is ideal for clients with blonde and light brown hair that allow the blue tones to distinctively shine.
Although, it also works well for dark brown or black hair, and can be mixed with a little Belmacil No. 1 Black or No. 2 Blue Black tint for a darker customized color.
This is for those who want the definition of thick eyelashes without using mascara. Belmacil’s gentle formula and creamy texture is easy for the beauty professional to apply, making it ideal for tinting the lashes and brows of even the most sensitive clients, with no seeping or running thanks to the creamy formulation.
